Post Tour in Vienna!

Morning...

My husband and I stayed in Vienna one more night before flying back home to Florida. We visited St. Stephen’s Cathedral again, but this time we went inside and took the lift to the North Tower, since the stairs were under construction. From the top, we enjoyed the best views of the city, admired the colorful tiled roof up close, and even saw the Pummerin Bell, made from the steel of abandoned Turkish cannons.

Afternoon...

A 19th-century public park with a river. Located in the heart of the center, it offers beautiful landscaping and trails, ponds and famous Austrian composer Johann Strauss monument.

Stadtpark

We didn’t went inside but explored their beautiful well-maintained garden.

Belvedere Museum

Evening...

On our last night in Vienna, hubby and I had a wonderful experience at the Wiener Mozart concert! The hall was absolutely stunning, with great acoustics and atmosphere. The performance was incredibly professional and the costumes were truly impressive.

This was our first Europe trip through a tour group. And I can say, we enjoyed it very much. And we did the right choice of choosing Rick Steve Europe tour. It was a perfect combination of structured and educational tour combined with free time to do our own exploring. Our RS tour guide, Michael was amazing. We're grateful for the options he gave for our free time.  Also, all the local guides were incredible in educating us of the areas we’ve been. Not only that, hubby and I gain new friends through this experience. It was another memorable experience.

We'll definitely do this again.!

With grateful hearts,
